I got the issue of scrolling normally, except I don't have videos as I wasn't streaming or saving up any videos.
It happen right after I tried eating the tree seed candy for stamina. And it happened currently 3 times. I had merely closed the game and started over without touching the candy, no issue happened during then.
I don't know if that fact help.

Also, when you ate the Candy Tree Seed, do you recall crafting it first and then eating it immediately, or did you eat it directly from your inventory? 😮
Lastly, do you remember where you were in the game when you ate it?

• Steam platform.
• Had crafted it a long while before eating, I usually place them next to my tools for easy reach consumption upon running low stamina.
• And I only recall eating once at my farm and near the school, somewhere between the playground and the rock stairs.

Though apparently haven't had the issue since, don't know if the bug was random or not.
I had started a new game when the issue came up.

Got it, thanks so much for sharing this info—and sorry for the late reply! When you were running low on stamina, do you remember if the screen had already turned grey before you ate the Candy Tree Seed, or did you eat it beforehand? 😮

Hello just wanna share this has happened to be more than a couple of times. I'm on pc and am using controller. My stamina is usually close to being full. I can't rotate the tool bar. Sometimes the menu interface to look at my inventory and relationships doesn't even work at the same time like I press the key to trigger it and nothing happens so I can't make it work with my stuck tool bar by like changing the order of items in my inventory. The menu interface thing doesn't always happen when the tool bar is stuck so it's weird. I can still run around and do other things just fine.

Also sometimes the problem just randomly solved by itself when I didn't restart? I would usually try to solve the issue by travelling to random places to see if it gets fixed after the game goes into the loading screen but nope. It just randomly fixed itself out of nowhere usually. Don't even have to go to bed early to start the next day. This is all I can remember. I will try upload more details again if it happens the next time.

You mentioned this has happened to you a couple of times—do you remember if there’s anything similar you usually do before it occurs, like clicking the same button or being in the same location?
Also, since you mentioned your stamina was close to full, does that mean you nearly passed out before and then regained stamina by eating food or going to the hot spring? 😮

Hello I don't remember much from the previous times but I remember from the most recent time I was just moving items from one chest to another.

Also, my stamina was close to full from beginning to end since I didn't do much farming so I did not eat any food or visit the hot spring . All I did on that day was move items from chest to chest and I can't remember but I may have use my scythe/axe/pick axe a few times just to clear some trash or harvest but it was just for a bit . That's about it

The same problem is happening to me, when I am removing items from the canning jar simply the toolbar locks and I can do nothing else, pick up items, access inventory, nothing.

I end up losing the game day because I either need to sleep or reset the game to get back to normal.
I'm on the multiplayer version of Steam with Steam on PC.
