3rd player crash upon loading

My husband and I play together with almost no issues, we're in the same house. But our friend who lives in another state crashes everytime he tries to join us. It's the same vice versa. If he tries to host, I crash when I try to join his game, but my husband can join fine. If my husband hosts, the friend can join, but I crash.

This happens every single time. No matter who hosts, the third player crashes as soon as they get to the "make a character" screen.

We also have a issue when two of us are playing. Every third day the game crashes at the end of the day before it saves, so we have to do the day over again.

We all play on xbox.

I’m sorry that the crash is preventing your friend from playing Multiplayer. 🙇‍♀️

Could you specify which Xbox all players use to play? Is it Xbox X/S?

I don't have a clip. But whenever a third player tries to join, (no matter who's hosting) they get to the "create new character?" Screen. But theres an little loading timer in the corner, and the second it hits 100% they get crashed out of the entire game.

Ive also just noticed. Only my husband can join my game. But no one else can join me, and I can't join anyone else.

The video ends abruptly because that's when I get kicked to the xbox home screen
