In game menu kept popping up

Hey there, I booted up my individual save file to play but realized that I couldn't even start playing as the in game menu kept popping up. It appeared during my multiplayer game and stopped after awhile so I thought nothing of it till I booted up my game today.

Would need your help in this

Hey @twilit marlin ! Thanks for getting back to me. But the media attached is of single player. gameplay Do I still continue to post in Multiplayer as well?

Apologies for the confusion! When you mentioned, "It appeared during my multiplayer game," I thought the issue first came up during your Co-Op session before showing up in Single Player

Just to clarify, were you logging into the game and heading straight into your Single Player save, or had you been playing a Co-Op session for a while before that happened? Knowing a bit more about the sequence will help us narrow things down!

Hey Shei! I hadn’t played for quite awhile and decided to hop back in after multiplayer released with a friend. Shortly after, I wanted to play myself on single player and that same glitch happened 🥲

Have you tried loading the game from your Backup to see if the issue still happens afterwards? To activate your Backup Save, please kindly follow the steps detailed below:

• Go to Settings on the title screen.
• Navigate to Game and set the Show Backup option to Yes.
• Return to the title screen, click Play, and activate Show Backup on the bottom left of the screen.

Ah, okay! This works. But in the event that it keeps happening do we have to do the same steps over again? or does this mean there could be something wrong with the software etc?
