Me and my husband (irl) got married in game before upgrading our house. The house we upgraded is his that we are sharing, we are both stuck at the floor that says “unlocks when married” even though we are married. I’m in the process of upgrading my house too incase it is a host only issue as I am the host. But wanted to report that he cannot access his full house even though he is married

We are both on PC through steam.

**EDIT: I upgraded my home (host) as well, my room is locked for marriage even though we’re married.

Is there anyway to resolve this? Like marrying other npc to unlock it?

guys, that room is sorts of an hobby room for the npc spouse.
it will stay locked in player-player marriages (the devs probably need to change the wording of that message)

Hello everyone, We’re already aware of this and have shared it with the team. That said, this is actually part of the game’s intended design: the room stays locked when marrying another player, and it only becomes accessible when marrying a dateable NPC.
We appreciate you bringing this up and hope this clears up any confusion!

Thanks for clarifying!!~ Just wondering, is there any way this could also be made accessible for co-op players and not only when marrying NPCs? PigPlease
