Reproduction steps: Go diving - for whatever reason this happens either while diving or after I finish (on the same day).
Repro rate: First time this has ever happened
Game platform: Steam
Input mode: Keyboard and mouse
Game Version: Attached to this report.
Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse
