Title: items picked up wouldn't transform to inventory
Reproduction Steps: i was playing with my friend, was diving, picked up multiple items and only a few of them showed up in my inventory. majority would disappear
Repro Rate: first time i noticed this happened
In-Game Date & Time: all day long
Players & Platform: my friend was the host, i was the only one who joined. we play on pc
Game Version: v 1.2 - 1238
