Title: Cross-play Crashing

Reproduction Step: My boyfriend is the host of the game, our friend joins without an issue. However, when I tried to join next it didn’t let me. I tried 4-5 times all resulting in me crashing before I could even create my character. So then we tried having me being the 2nd person to join. Still, I crashed before I could make my character.

Repro Rate: It happens every time I just get into the co-op lobby, barely able to change the skin tone or body of my character.

Players&Platform: 3 players

  • Host (Boyfriend) being Xbox series x
  • Player 2 (Friend) being PC
  • Player 3 (Me) being Xbox series s
    (I did switch places with PC and became player 2, still crashed)

Game Version: v1.2-1238

Input Mode: Controller

PC Specs: N/A

When the issue happens, do you see the game closing with an Unreal Engine pop-up, or do you get an in-game connection prompt instead?

If possible, could you also share a video or screenshot of what appears when you try to join the session? That would help us a lot—thank you!
