So this is the first time that i play and i dont really know if this is supposed to happen
Ive reached 5 hearts with Pablo and i cant get more with him, the rest of them are locked
I searched on the wiki what i should be doing to unlock those hearts and it said to complete all the hangout events once you reach 2 and 4 hearts but ive already done that
I also got these marks on the people i should be having an event with but even though im done with them theyre still there? help 😭

After the update there is a new system to gaining hearts.
So there are now heart events, that show time and place where to see them.
And also hangout events (they are numbered) and you can't gain more hearts until you all are marked with a checked sign. (Like in your screenshot event 2)
In your case you need to see Pablo's hangout 4, to go past 4 hearts. "Ask" him to hangout and then a cutscene will play after a hangout. And then you will be able to gain hearts and see events 5 to 8.
