Idk if its only me that this is happening to but its annoying me

It wont let me totally scroll down to see or select the bottom row

This happens to me too and happened before the update. I usually end up using my finger on the scroll bar and it helps or dragging the page. Otherwise I’ll sort. Not a fix but it’s what I would do. 😊
