I can't adopt a pet in Co-op

• Title Cant adopt a pet in Co-op
• Reproduction Steps So i tried to adopt a pet in Co-op, but only the host can adopt them while me and the other can't adopt any of them even though we has already bought both the bed and the pet house, including our town rank has already reach E
• Repro Rate We just found out a few hour ago
• Game Platform Both me and my friends are playing on Stream
• Game Version V1.2 1238
• Input Mode me and one of friend are playing with a controller and the other one are playing with Keyboard and mouse
• Your save file (I can't contact my friends rn since he's still busy- i'll add the save file as soon as i can call them)

Reproduction Steps: another co-op player (not host) cannot adopt a pet from the community center, but the host can.
Repro Rate: every time someone else but the host tries
Game Platform: Steam
Game Version: v1.2-1238
Input Mode: Keyboard and Mouse
Save File: Attached
