Ocean shrines not raising from the sand

Title: While clearing the ocean and raising the shrines we follow the light around, the shrine doesn't rise from the sand. On our maps it says the shrine is complete, but the next area doesn't unlock. At first we thought it was because one of us was in the mines and one of us was in the ocean. We tried again with just one of us in the ocean and one of us on the farm and it still didn't rise. We restart the days and sometimes we can progress and sometimes we can't. It doesn't seem to be any one specific ocean site. Though, it has only been happening once we hit the area with the gold kelp.
Repro Rate: More than just occasionally
In-Game Date & Time: It has happened throughout the day no matter the time.
Players & Platform: We are both of PC, I am hosting and my partner is the one in the ocean experiencing this issue.
Game Version: V. 1. 2 - 1238
Input Mode: Keyboard

So, we noticed that it only happens when we use the anchor to travel down to the ocean. If you use the fast travel and walk to the next section it works just fine.

Could you confirm if the issue always happen when only one of the players go diving or if it still happens with all players in the sea? If you are playing on Steam, could you share your Save File and Backup Files here?

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply! We noticed it only happens the person diving uses the anchor to return to the location they were last at. If they use the fast travel and walk to their next area it is fine. When we play again we will see if we can replicate the glitch. We are playing on steam, What files do you need and how can I access them?

Thank you for sharing some additional information! You can access your Save File and Backup Files by copy-pasting the following file path: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

To make things easier, you can simply compress the entire SaveGames folder into a ZIP file and send it our way—we’ll take care of the rest! Thanks for your cooperation

Here are those files; We did some more testing on it and it seems like the animation for the solar shrines rising doesn't play, but it still counts that site complete. That was only for the later sites. Thank you so much for all your help! We love the game and hope everything gets worked out!
