I got the game like 3 years ago and between all the updates and stuff I just thought that the mer kingdom was still being worked on, but now I see people are already befriending the merfolk.
I haven't finished the clearing trash quest but I'm already getting purple algae thingies, do I have to finish this quest in order to be able to make fish friends? Or is there something else I need to trigger? I want to marry a fish someone pls send help
