Player 2 can only buy coops

• buying from the carpenter issue: player 2 can only buy a coop and nothing else
• Reproduction Steps: went to buy a new building from the carpenter. Player 2 can select the coop which is at the top of the list but the moment they try to scroll down it speeds past the bottom of the list and ends up in their inventory. If the try to select the list again they can sometimes select the bottom item but then it scrolls straight to the top and selects the coop. They have tried both the stick and the directional pad and this happens every time.
