  • Title: When a main story cutscene starts, what ever player triggers it is the main character in the cutscene for both players. I assume this is a bug since player one or player two can be that main character. I assume how it is supposed to work is as player one I would see my character in The cutscene, and player two would see their character in the cutscene regardless of who triggered it. As it is, it feels like you're just watching somebody else play.
  • **Reproduction : this occured during normal gameplay with the story cutscenes during the day. Individual character cutscenes with NPCs does not have this issue that we've experienced since those only seem to trigger for the single player character. The only expection so far has been when the goddess interrupts your sleep. On that cutscene she's talking to my character for me and talking to player two's character for them. This goddess cutscene of course occurs before our characters wake up in the day starts. So it seems that the issue only occurs after our characters have woken up in the day has started
  • Repro Rate: every cutscene that seems to be a main story custscene except the goddess dream dream.
  • In-Game Date & Time: If our character was awake this occured.
  • Players & Platform: Two players. I was hosting on Xbox Series X. P2 was on SteamPC
  • Game Version: v1.2-1238
  • Input Mode: Xbox was controller, SteamPC was Keyboard & mouse

During testing we were told that was intentional actually, so that the players would know which person triggered the cutscene. So unless they changed their minds?

Oh interesting. I know there are several games that the host is the only person in the cutscene. I actually assumed this was the case until P2 triggered one. It wasn't until that mentioned Goddess dream where we each had our own versions at the same time that I thought perhaps it was an unintended bug.

Yeah there are some that are separate, like for your relationships with NPCs, so it makes sense why we would think that
