Are babies a forced thing in the storyline if you marry someone? I saw some people say that there is an ingame dialogue that says something like "cooing can be heard - you've been blessed with a baby". Not wanting one so wondering if I need to avoid marriage altogether to avoid that or if there is a prompt where they talk about it. Thanks for any help !

I have not tried marriage, but you could not upgrade house to gave baby rooms. It should prevent children.
