Multiplayer Diving and Bath House Incompatible

My friend is trying to regen stamina in the bath house while I am diving and it is not working. The moment I enter the ocean, his clothes get put back on in the bath house water and he no longer regens stamina. Exiting and reentering the bath house does not fix this issue, nor does exiting and reentering diving. It is consistently occurring. With the roles reversed, it works as intended. We are on Year 1 Spring 11 both on Steam PC, v1.2-1238, using a keyboard and mouse, and I am the host.

🔸We're playing on Steam
🔸Hot Spring won't work if there is someone diving (not limited to host)
🔸Hot spring will bug out when someone goes diving
🔸Co-op party member save files are attached

🔸Title: Bath House Will Stop Working If Someone Is Diving
🔸Reproduction Steps: Go into hot spring (bath house) when someone else is diving. Or when you're in bath house, someone goes into diving.
🔸Repro Rate: Every time
🔸In-Game Date & Time: Any time of the day when the above conditions are met
🔸Players & Platform: 3 Players most of the time, but it happened on 2 and 3 players also. Platform is Steam
🔸Game Version: v1.2 - 1238
🔸Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse
🔸PC Specs:
🔹Ryzen 5 5600, RX 6700 XT , 32GB DDR4 RAM
🔹Core i5 10400F, GTX 1060 6GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM (Host)

We're playing on Steam with 3-persons multiplayer most of the time.
Unfortunately i can't send the host's save files, as i'm not the host, and the host is not available at the moment.

Other thing i can share is, unlike the other post, our case happens not only when the host is on the underwater.
It also happened to us, when the host is trying to use hot spring while i'm underwater.

When the hot spring is working properly (where we're wearing bathing outfits), then someone enters diving spot, we will instantly change back from bathing outfit to regular working outfit, then the hot spring won't recover stamina anymore.
We didn't test a scenario where we are in the working outfit inside hot spring, then the player diving come out of the water.

I have attached my save files (not the host's), if that will be any help.
