Title: Its been a little while since I had previously played, but I had finished the arcade upgrade for the center before logging off. Now, when logging in this evening it shows that it is still under construction but the town hall says its complete.
Reproduction Steps: Log out, verify files, log back in (I do not have this completed on another save file so can't check it).

To make it easier for you, you can compress the entire Backup folder into a ZIP file before sending it here. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding
