I play on Xbox and after the update I had all of the newest hearts full even though I haven't done anything yet. I don't if it's a glitch or if it automatically happens when married before the update or not.

To help us look into this further, could you share a screenshot of the NPC’s heart level that suddenly changed to full? Also, do you remember what their heart level was before it changed?

I only had 12 hearts before the update. I play on Xbox and I don't really screenshot anything. But I noticed because there was a third new row of hearts and that wasn't there before and I haven't played since the last update before this one
