Reproduction Steps
- Accept an errand. (Mine were in the Journal before v1.2's update.)
- Gather the necessary item(s) and turn them in to the NPC directly while able to talk to them.
- The errand completion is noted, but you cannot talk to them now as if you had talked to them prior to completing it.

Always. (This occurred with other NPCs; I just didn't record them.)
