Ooo I did log off on the day so I could experience it if it fixes, let me try that now!
@winter peak After restarting the day, everything seems be operational! I did notice that when it wasn't working, the town didn't have decorations but when it was it did.

Could you describe what in-game activities you were doing when the issue happened?
Do you recall any differences in your activities compared to when you tried it again, and the issue didn’t occur?
Hmmm I don't think so, I picked up an errand all the same and everything. I think the thing I didn't do was sort my chests in the morning like I did the first time, which it seems unlikely but maybe that was the issue? It could've been something I did on a previous day too because it fixed upon restart. I know I completed the essential resources bundle and did most of the starting quests, so maybe one of those is messing with it
Did you picked up an errand in the Town’s board near Sam’s General Store before you go to the Festival?
Did you finish the Essencial bundle offering in Spring 9? Andd, did you create the save file on this version by any chance, Chillim?
Yes I did pick it up before the festival, I created the save file today on the latest version, and I believe it was spring 8 or 9 that I finished the bundle yes
I wanted to do it all fresh for the update hehe

Cherry blossom festival did not happen to me too. I play on Steam pc. I did not try restarting day. Edit. I play singleplayer.
This happened to me to in multiplayer- host could try to start festival while I couldn't. Restarting fixed this. I also submitted an offering at the temple the first time, but not the second time, in case that's related!
I've experienced the same today single player on steam deck. Didn't do anything different in the day. I did experience the big where, if you pick up something (not sure if it's too quickly?) edible and it ends up on a slot that's highlighted, it'll only prompt you to eat it and I can't switch tools or open the menu. Like when harvesting if a daisy ends up in my last empty slot I can't open menu or change equipped anymore. I kind of brute fix it when I can get a tool in that slot instead and use it, that unsticks
I'm having a similar issue with it in multi-player. The event is available for the host. However it is not showing up for the rest of the party.

Just to help us investigate — could you confirm if the issue happens when you play straight through the previous day (for example, D-1 Cherry Blossom Spring 9) and then continue into the Festival Day (Spring 10) without reloading your save file?

I played through multiple days in a row.

Do you happen to remember what activities you did the day before the Festival (Spring 9)?
Had you completed any offerings at the Lake Temple before that, or visited the Ocean?
Hi Chillim, we've got some additional questions.
Do you still remember if you're diving on the Spring 9 or the day before the Festival?
Also, do you recall if you triggered any cutscenes in town that day, or gained any hearts with NPCs? 😮
I cannot recall sorry 🙁 I may have gone diving though
I'm not certain, but diving is most likely. I did offerings on 8th.
