I feel like the festival is missing? I got notification, it is showing in the little map yet the festival itself isn't there. The time is ok, I'm not late.
Platform: PC
Version: 1.2 the new one after 14th August update

Could you share your save file on the festival day so we can take a closer look? You can find it by copy-paste this filepath to the File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

Sure, i watered some plants, then went and took care of farm animals, then went through couple of teleports to check my traps and I think I went to upgrade one of the tools to gold on that day. When I teleported to the beach I reilised that event wants there so I googled the timing and yup it was definitely missing. I then kinda just went on with the day, I think I went to do some kelp collecting. By the end of that game day the little map which you open up on P was still there. I also for sure got a mail about the event and notification about it.

Just to help us investigate — could you confirm if the issue happens when you play straight through the previous day (for example, Summer 27) and then continue into the Festival Day (Summer 28) without reloading your save file? 😮

I haven't reached the next festival yet to see if that will play ok but before the 1.2 update I had the animal festival and that worked normal

Do you happen to remember what activities you did the day before the Festival (Summer 27)?

Had you completed any offerings at the Lake Temple before that, or visited the Ocean?

Definitely visited the ocean, i was collecting the kelp and sunning underwater plants, but I dont remember about offering sorry. I think it was raining. I also did things like taking care of animals, might have upgraded a tool but not sure

So sorry but i dont remember. I most days try to go to osmium kelp area to collect it to sell and i know i was trying to get the silver kelp around that time too but my memory is quite bad and days in Coral Island mostly blend in for me (in a good way) so it's hard for me to remember, i'm close to Fall festival now 🙈 I could have potentially completed something like "bring me chilli" request that would give you some money and approval but i can't tell for sure. My mines and ocean are complete, i've got the tail, so on those days i was trying to get some money and look after underwater plants. It's possible i made underwater offering like kelp extract or plant on 10m depth.

Just to let you know, i played passed Fall Harvest Festival and that one worked fine 🙂

I also had the same issue, but restarted the day and didnt open any chests like i did the first time and it appeared

Same issue happened with the cherry blossom and beach cleaning festivals. I restarted both times and got to the events before/exactly at 9 and they appeared

Howdy everyone,

Thank you so much for sharing all this info with us—it’s been really helpful for the team in figuring out what’s going on and what might trigger this bug. After looking into it, we found that the issue happens if you use up all your stamina the day before, right up until you’re about to pass out, and the screen turns grey.

The team is already working on a fix, so hang tight! 🙌

In the meantime, a temporary workaround is to avoid letting your stamina run out completely. If you’re already on the festival day and it doesn’t trigger, reloading the game should make the festival start properly.
