**Reproduction Steps: **I was playing in multiplayer with my friend. I teleported to the lake, my friend ran to the festival. When I arrived I tried to use the balloon to start the festival, but on her screen it just wasn't even there. She was also teleporting around like crazy on my screen (lag I guess?)

I sure can! Hopefully the next festival doesn't break. At the moment we can't even connect to each other but I know you guys have plenty of bug reports for that. So we'll just wait for a patch or something 🙂

This happened for me and my friend as well, I’m the host, there was no balloon, or anything at all on my end, but my friend couldn’t interact with the balloon. I was able to run around the entire empty festival area.

this exact same thing just happened to me and my friend. I'm the host and stayed with the session open while he logged out and back in and that fixed it for us
I have video of him teleporting around like crazy on my screen if it helps

Restarting the day made the balloon show up but I still can't join the festival after the host tries to start it. This is a game breaking bug!

I don't believe I do, I'm so sorry. The only save I had was the one I gave you. I can say we've played on that multiplayer file since then and the Tree Planting festival worked perfectly fine, the balloon was there.
