Placing any furniture not the initial furniture duplicates the placed furniture (tested in 2 different saves and after restarting game)
Reproduction Steps: In decor mode place an item (works even if red as long as it's within the area and not OOB)

storing the latest duplicated item seems to stop said item from duplicating until the next time you open decor mode

also works on fresh saves

only works on additional furniture not the ones given by joko and dinda
the museum reward and furniture shop bugs out duplicates
