As this is related to the content of written dialogue text rather than an execution/behaviour-related bug with the game, I will simply state the incorrect text and where it occurs rather than follow the bug reporting guideline. However, I will state the OS and game version: Windows 11 Pro (24H2), Coral Island (on Steam) version v1.1b-1237.
During a short cutscene/event between Emma and Eva at Sam's General Store where Emma needs a birthday cake for her mother, Emma says "I feel so I bad for forgetting her birthday". The second "I" seems to have snuck in by accident.
A short moment later we encounter another issue with her dialogue. If the player selects the first option, encouraging Emma to be truthful with her mother, Emma responds with: "Yeah, I think I will do that. I just feel really bad because she must have been waiting for it all these time"; that should be "all this time", but maybe consider "she must have been waiting for it this entire time" instead.
