I replanted all of Purwo Weeds during years 1-3. On year 4+ of the Tree Planting Festival, almost every townie speaks as if we're still replanting trees (maybe two people said otherwise, not counting the Mayor's speech).
In other words, they use their years 1-3 dialogue when chatting in the festival.
Additionally, the "main event" does not exist other than to talk to everyone, so the pamphlet is either erroneous or the #1 event is non-functional after full replanting.
The attached save file should be for the morning of the festival.
Reproduction Steps
- Fully complete the replanting of Purwo Woods during three Tree Planting Festivals (for me, during Years 1-3).
- Attend the fourth one after finishing.
- Talk to everyone.
- The mayor has no option to "initiate" a main event.

- Always.
- I'm presuming there is no dynamic dialogue for fully completing the replanting...?
