hasty flower
Hello! After 3pm(15:00), you get the prompt "It's late" on land for calling animals outside. Underwater, however, you still get the text saying to call outside/inside, but nothing happens (the bell can't be interacted with).

Reproduction Steps
- Wait until 3pm / 15:00 in game.
- Go to a land barn/coop and interact with the bell.
- Do the same to the underwater barn and compare the UI response.
