i just play again after not playing it for 2 month and i realize that some of my character heart goes missing but the status stay the same. i use mod in the past and its fine. i also check the backup files but is still missing. to clarify i play in steam version 1.1b-1237

Ah, noted! If you’ve used mods or third-party applications that modify relationships in the game, that could be the reason behind the issue. Sometimes, even after removing the mods, certain parts of the game’s code may have already been altered, which can continue to affect gameplay.
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide support, as mods are not officially supported at this time. However, we have checked and you can still Talk and Gift the affected townies to increase their heart levels 🙌

i dont know if its broken but i gave the missing one gift consistently a pink diamond but still nothing happen. i gave it in 1 week in game so maybe it will add up in few month in game
