The small coral islands, the coral walls in the large and narrow paths, and behind the Curling rink in the Winter Festival are all places the player can get stuck. Dashing underwater is the easiest way to get stuck, and calling the anchor on top of yourself will usually allow you to get free. However, there were 2 separate instances where calling the anchor directly onto the player's position, without moving, rendered it un-interactable.
The winter festival position is up against the fence of the ice rink where the floating ice meets the wall. I placed a fish trap there and went to collect it, only to have to force-quit the game as it was inescapable. Formally requesting a "help, I'm Stuck," button please. Please.
