Reproduction Steps: I started playing my game, and noticed all of my spouse hearts were reset to 0. I can still give unlimited gifts, but cannot ask to hang out anymore. Still can ask to kiss and hug. I have tried the backup file to go back, but it still gives the 0 hearts.
Repro Rate: Just happened.
Game Platform: PS5

May I ask if Alice’s heart level was already full (15 hearts) before this happened?
If so, do you remember the last in-game day you checked and saw her heart level was still full?
Also, just to clarify — when you loaded your backup save, was it on Winter 7, and was her heart level already at 0 at that point?

Her heart level was at 15, and I believe it was Fall 28 the last time I saw it full. Backup save was on Winter 7, and it still had the 0 hearts.

Just to help us check this further — do you usually talk to Alice every day and give her gifts whenever possible?
Also, do you happen to remember your in-game activities before the issue happened? And did you regularly give gifts to other townies as well?

I do talk to her everyday and give her gifts, I was just farming and had done the Spooky Festival, and I try to give gifts to the other townies as well.
