Osmium kelp essence

Hi,
when i go over osmium kelp essence, it shows that i didn't offered it to the altar even though none of the altars takes it. Was it removed from a previous version or isn't it accessible for me at the moment ?

@bleak delta will clarify osmium essence is needed for underwater offerings. It will unlock after reaching Ocean rank A.
You can see all the altars and their rewards, and how much you’ve progressed at the lake at the pedestal in the centre

do i need both Town Rank A and Ocean Rank A ? I've already reached Ocean Rank A

You need ocean rank A, then you will get ocean farm, then after a few days you will get a quest at the Oracle’s for underwater offerings.
