If I own coral island on ps5 and my brother gets it on pc, will we be able to play multiplayer together?

Q. Will Coral Island multiplayer be cross-platform?
A. Yes! Cross-platform will be available between Steam and Xbox both via console or via PC, as well as Steam and PS5. If Steam player is hosting, only one platform can join -meaning if a PS5 player joins, an Xbox player won’t be able to, and vice versa.
