Indoor item appeared outside, can't be removed

I bought some items because I wanted to add and replace some furniture in the house. I replaced the old fireplace with a new one, and added the old to the house item store, but it didn't appear there. I thought maybe if I replaced an old furniture it would disappear, so it didn't bother me much, but then I saw it the next day on the field outside. It was the first time that something like this happened.
I couldn't remove it (I tried it with axe, pickaxe), even tried it with the architect desk, but I couldn't do aníthing about it (bc it coulnd't be "picked", like when you want to move a furniture or a shed around, I couldn't click on it)
I am attaching a photo of it.
I play it on PC with keyboard and mouse, and I bought the game on Steam.

In the meantime, here’s a potential workaround shared by other community members who experienced the same problem—it’s worked for them, and it might work for you too:

• After noticing your indoor decor item is stuck outside on the farm, head back inside your house.
• Enter Decor Mode and click Decorate.
• Try clicking around the house, especially the spot where you originally placed the item before putting it into storage. (If you’re not sure where that is, try clicking around different areas).
• The stuck item should reappear.
• Replace the item anywhere inside the house.
• Click Finish to exit Decor Mode.
• Check your farm again—your stuck item should now be gone!

It seems like that the item is too far from the house. I tried to click around the house in hope that it will come back, but it is still in the same place outside.

Hi! Of course. I took a photo and marked where my house and the fireplace is, and also made a video.
The fireplace got outside when I replaced it in the house with a new one.

Just to clarify—what we need is a photo of the inside of your house, specifically where the Fireplace was originally placed. This is because the workaround involves clicking the same spot where the Fireplace used to be inside your house (even if it's invisible right now).
