I've checked for similar. Though they are similar it's not quite the same as the others talk about the 2 days not working. In my case currently i only have the bronze quality upgrade for underwater animal produce and want to continue with silver which requires bronze underwater animal produce. Started noticing it since since summer 1st and been saving up the produce from all of the animals since. As seen in the vid all is already gold and osmium with rarely silver quality meaning I cannot complete the upgrades. Not sure if it's a bug or bad luck but wanted to report this regardless. Apologies if i missed a post that already mentioned this.

Playing on PS5 version 1.1b-1237.
Recurrence would be 15 days in a row seen in the vid of not getting bronze produce.

Just following up—have you had the chance to try bringing silver, gold, or osmium-quality animal produce to the Oracle Chamber to see if it's possible to upgrade the seaweed quality that way? 🤔

Fair enough, this i haven't tried, opposed to all on land upgrades that I did this with. Apologies. I will record it later!
