Ocean seed maker glitches and won’t read some ingredients that are available sometimes. But real problem is it won’t let me make Blue Cole Seeds at all, so I can’t finish symphonic repair quest. Ocean rank is A, even though town rank is still be, and can make all other seeds…help!!

We’re really sorry for the trouble it’s caused. The team has received similar reports of Petalia and Bluecole being swapped when using a controller, and we're currently working on a fix!
In the meantime, you can try selecting Petalia when crafting Bluecole, and vice versa.
