I completed 18 alters a few days ago and was able to access the Savannah but not the CoM as I needed to complete the Advanced Alter. I just completed it and a cutscene with the Goddess building the bridge to the Savannah played. I think this cutscene should be played as soon as 18 alters are completed, right? Because it makes no sense to play it when I can already cross the bridge to the Savannah.
I play on PS5 and most recent update.
In Fall Year 2.
