Could you let us know when the issue first started happening? Also, do you remember the last time you were able to open your save without any issues?

Have you had a chance to try loading a backup save to see if that helps? Here’s how to do it:

• From the title screen, go to Settings and set “Show Backup” to Yes.
• Go back to the Save File list from the main menu.
• At the bottom left of the screen, toggle “Show Backup” to view available backup saves.

at 8th june, I've succesfully play for a day in coral island. winter 19 after went to slep and and i cant continue on winter 2Oth becasue it's crash
