I think you need to complete just the fossils collection first, and for sure you need town rank A as well. I'm somewhat sure I wasn't done with the insect collection when I unlocked the hologram quest.

Meanwhile you can duplicate the dino prints you have with the slime of replication until you have 5 of each (or 6, if you want to ship one just to be safe if you're going for the Legendary Farmer achievement).

Obtained for shipping everything from Produce / Caught / Found sections from your Journal. Some guides include the dino prints, but I'm not sure if they're needed.
