I noticed that when there is only 2 shows on the tele, then the game is bugged (mostly no respawns of resources) and if there is an error on the horizon, it will happen then.
Also,

Got the portrait of Connor requesting oranges or something, for an adventurer's mission of Kira requesting killing jellies.
The boat (with the horn cry) doesn't spawn as it used to and only gives junk in the basket.

@mystic oriole Boat and portrait have been reported many times.
Resources respawn either every Monday or season on the island or the day after you picked something up.
