One of my friends have been playing this game a lot recently (it says they've played for 17 days) and they've gotten their data reset twice. It's been really frustrating for them and we've tried to look for solutions online but found nothing. This is also on the xbox app on pc. version is 1.1b

They haven't played the game for three months and when they logged back in their data was gone. Also, I'm not sure how to record because their saves just kind of get deleted. It just vanishes.
