I'm playing on steam when I started a new file I checked town rank and reached rank e carried on clearing ocean and donating to museum it stated 400/700 after donating more it didn't go up in points so I reloaded and then dropped to 133/700 points also on my other file I have items disappearing from auto chest for example one I really wasn't happy about I had 100 cactus in the chest next day they had all disappeared

Just to confirm—so you are experiencing two separate issues in two different save files? If so, could you share the backups for both so our team can take a closer look? You can copy and paste this path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames
Then just zip the Backup folder and send it to us here! approve2

We've taken a look and found one with 133/700 Town Rank points—could you confirm if that’s the one you were referring to?
Also, when you mentioned it showed 400/700, was that in the Town Rank journal, or did you see it during the end-of-day summary when your Town Rank increased? 🙂

Yes that's the one When I checked it was from the town rank journal it stated 400/700 and then I done more donations but it didn't change so I reloaded and then it went to 133/700

The 400/700 you saw earlier was likely a visual bug. No worries though, I’ll let the team know about it so they can keep an eye on it!

You're welcome! As for your other save file with the missing items from the Auto Chest—we checked your backups and found that the earliest one had 32 cactus in it. Do you happen to remember around what in-game date the cactus disappeared? That would help us narrow it down further! 😮
