The bug net when you hit the inventory button and catch something new or with a higher rarity then you caught before causes you to be unable to exit from the inventory. When this happens the UI for catching something pops up and you can not click out as it overwrites any input and there is no way to exit that I can find besides force closing the game which causes all progress to be loss for that day. This specifically happens if you catch something and you go to your inventory before the UI for the new catch pops up.
