Missing items PS5

Hi!

A few osmium crops have disappeared in my game. It's not the first time I've noticed missing items but I put it down to accidentally selling, but now I don't think it is that...

I play on PS5. Latest patch.

On Spring Thurs 18 Year 2 I placed about 4-6 osmium snowdrops into a wooden chest I named "save".

I then go about the game, clearing trash in the ocean and unlocking new paths. I also put an osmium snowdrop into the Lake Temple offerings.

Finish the day and hit 455/600 Town Rank C so get to pick between 5000g or 5 Osmium blocks. I picked the g.

Save game.

Next day, Spring Fri 19 Year 2 harvest some crops and go to put my obsidium crops in the wooden chest called "save". My snowdrop flowers are no longer there. I searched every chest and no long have them. I currently have the Main Quest: General Store: Quality Quest active and it is at 0/50 osmium crops shipped, so I know I didn't accidentally sell them. I am purposely not selling them until I unlock the mermaid tail Quest.

Hi @brave fern! 🙌 Thank you for your report. May I ask if you’ve enabled Global Inventory access for the chest named “save”?

Also, could you share a screenshot showing the storage of that chest? That would really help us take a closer look. Thank you!

Here you go 🙂 The grape juices, strawberry, chard and sugarcane were not in the chest at the time the snowdrops went missing. They were added after. All settings on the chest haven't been changed.

Your chest is set to global inventory. Did you craft anything that uses flowers? If so, it might have used those flowers from your save chest

I crafted the two insect/ocean critter food items in the image and then a few vortexes

If you mean scents, then yes, they require flowers to craft (you can check in the crafting tab). and since your chest is set to global inventory and I presume you didn't have any flowers in your backpack/inventory, flowers came from the chest.
You can lock the chest by checking off right next to all at the top.

Oh gosh that's sad 😦 thank you for letting me know. Will change the settings!
