I was told by a friend that at this spot is supposed to be a Seadragon named Naga. I can talk to it but she is invisible. I tried to restart the game, reinstalling it, myking a news safe file. Nothing fixed it.

It's a known bug. The small dragon, nagalita, and the princess pet fish are also affected.
