I have exactly 388 clothes : Outfit = 54 ; Top = 117 ; Bottom = 111 ; Footwear = 39 ; Glasses = 12 ; Hat = 39 ; Back = 16. The problem is thaht I don't have the achievement unlock, i play on xbox app from PC. My question is do you need I still miss some clothes or its a bug already reported ? Thanks in advance !

You need to buy all the clothes from the white flamingo shop in town. There are some bug reports regarding this achievement mostly with people still missing stuff or if stuff was bought before the last big update.
