Boat making constant noise

Reproduction Steps: Go diving, around 3pm come up from diving and the noise will start - much louder than its playing here, and while I wasn't able to get a screenshot of it, the boat is across the pier.

Go to bed, start the new day, the noise continues but more muted. this is the first its persisted beyond starting a new day, previous times its cut once starting a new day.

The noise is constant - it doesn't matter where you are, if you're in a cutscene, if you're indoors. no matter where you are on the island you can hear this.

Repro Rate: 50/50 - some days it doesn't happen, it's connected to either this boat or the travelling merchant. haven't worked it out yet.

Also, could you send us your Save File and Backup Files here? To retrieve them, you can copy-paste this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames then compress the SaveGames folder into a ZIP file before sending it here. Thank you

Will do! and I was diving - I've completed the underwater area, I have the tail and I've been placing down auto trash collectors. I'd been down there since about 8am placing collectors, emptying the ones already placed and picking up sea scavenge. I'd been up and down 2/3 times to empty my inventory and its happened when coming up from a dive in the afternoon.

This is the recording of it happening the following morning, If it happens again I'll start screen recording as soon as it happens

Yes, the sound continues regardless of where i am on the map - even as far inside the caves, and it doesn't get any louder or quieter, its the same volume consistently

further updates: I've been attempting to recreate this/figure out what triggered it but so far all i've learnt is this does not occur in Summer. I tried to do it all summer in game but cant figure out what the issue is. Seeing if i can trigger it in fall now

Hi there! Thank you so much for continuing to test and help us understand the issue. When it first occurred, do you recall whether you used fast travel to go diving or if you used the anchor at the pier around 8 AM? Similarly, do you remember how you returned to the surface at 3 PM? Thank you 😄
