Somewhere around the 20th. Not sure what time of day it was but she was the only one upstairs. Everyone else was gone; if that helps you narrow it down.
Oh. I had just done the Raj dragon coffee heart event, then I warped over to the dock and went into the hotel to try to find Macy. So it had to be near whatever time/day Raj's dragon heart event happens.
