Auto SFH not working

I play on Steam with an Xbox controller and my game version is 1.1b - 1237. My auto SFH will harvest crops but not apply fertilizer or plant seeds. I have tried removing and replacing the auto SFH, using different types of fertilizer and seeds but it still refuses to work. I followed the instruction to how to attach my save file. Please advise on how to rectify this bug and let me know if there is any issues with accessing my save file. Thanks in advance.

Just to clarify, did the issue happen with the Auto SFH placed in your Greenhouse or Farm?

If you’re able to replicate the issue, could you send us a short video showing when you're placing the fertilizer and seeds, and how the machine doesn’t respond?
A phone-recorded video is totally fine — it’ll really help us understand what’s going on.

You can find them by copy-pasting this path into your File Explorer:

We tried to replicate the issue on our end, but everything worked as expected—the Auto-SFH distributed the seeds and fertilizer correctly.

Have you had a chance to verify your game files and then try using the Auto-SFH again? Let us know how it goes!

Hi. I really appreciate the assistance but I verified my game files and still the Auto SFH does not work. I even tried using just the Auto Seeder and that did not work either. I haven't played the game in several months so I am beginning to question if I'm doing it correctly. I just place the seeds and fertilizer in the auto SFH and then when I exit from that screen it automatically starts planting, right? I don't understand why it does not work for me. I would greatly appreciate any other advice you have to rectify this because this is game breaking for my play.

Hello! Yes, the steps you showed in your previous video were correct for getting the machine to work.

May I ask—does the issue happen with all of your sprinklers on the farm, including when you use newly tiled areas? Also, have you tried testing it in the Greenhouse to see if it works there?

Hello. Thanks for the reassurance that I am using the machine correctly. Since I have only a small portion of my land that isn't occupied with something I tilled only about 12 plots and the Auto SFH did not work. I then untilled one of my 80 plots so that I could retill it. Once again it did not work. I then went to my greenhouse and dug up what I had planted and tilled the soil. When I setup the Auto SFH...it worked! So apparently there is no issue in my greenhouse but I can't plant on my own land using an Auto SFH. As you can partially see from the video I sent previously, I have a lot of plots meant only for planting and many Auto SFH machines. The greenhouse is meant for my various trees and non-seasonal plants. Do you have any other advice as to how I can get this issue fixed? Thanks again for helping me with this.

Have you tried crafting a new Auto-SFH or Auto Fertilizer to see if a fresh machine resolves the issue?

Additionally, just to double-check—are you using any external applications, like mods or trainer tools, while playing?

Hi. I tried crafting and using a new machine and that did not work either. I am not using any external applications. I don't understand how my game file works on your end but not on my end. Are there any other resolutions? I have played 479 hours and this is game breaking for me.
