Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a specific trigger? Sometimes my game will freeze up during a cut scene, sometimes it’ll just be when I’m walking around. Occasionally when it won’t let me progress through a specific day I just sleep and it seems to be okay, but that’s a lot of hard resets to go through to test that. I think it’s some kind of memory leak, because I’ve checked my computer and the game settings and everything looks to be in order. The only way I can get out of the freezed game is to completely turn off my laptop and then turn it back on again.
It happens every once in a while? I really love this game, so I was willing to do it, but I think I had to fully turn off my computer and turn it back on at least…. 20 times within 6/7 hours?

Hello @magic topaz! I'm so sorry you ran into that freeze issue! Could you tell us what your in-game Display settings (quality: low/medium/high/ultra) are?
Also, could you share your device’s specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage type, etc.)?
You can follow this guide to check them: https://techguided.com/how-to-check-your-computer-specs/
Thank you!
Sure!
Give me just a second
I know it’s also a big thing of there just being So Much to process, really
All of my display settings are medium except for post processing which is high, and anti aliasing quality which is ultra
It looks like my computer has 16 GB of RAM
And 22 GB of virtual memory
Is that helpful?
Ahh, I see! If possible, could you also send us some screenshots of your in-game Display Settings?
We still need a bit more info on your system specs. Could you please generate a DxDiag file by pressing Windows + R, typing dxdiag, and clicking "Save All Information"? Then just send us the .txt file.
Thanks so much for your help!
