Osmium upgrades with fertiliser

Just wondering do you need fertiliser if seeds/seedlings have been upgraded to Osmium kelp level? Or do the chances of harvesting higher quality crops stay the same if using fertiliser with osmium level seeds? Just want to make sure im not wasting my resources producing fertiliser. Hope this makes sense! 🙂

Upgrading your seeds and using fertiliser only increase the chance of getting higher qualities. For the best chance, use fertiliser and upgrade, but it's still no guarantees.
