During winter you apply a unique graphic foot pattern of snow impressions while the character walks. These steps fade rather quickly.
Currently, you apply this 'snow step' effect while in the Savanna, where there is no snow. I'm not in winter anymore and can't make a video to show it, but I did take a screenshot.

Hello @whole torrent Could you explain what you did before going to Savannah? And could you tell us whether you traveled to Savannah using fast travel, flower fast travel, or by crossing the bridge? Thank you!

I was on my land farm, running around doing daily stuff, then I used the on-farm flower device (to the left of the northern stairs) to warp directly to the Savannah.
